Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Custom or made-to-order pieces require additional production time, which will be noted on the product page.
Delivery Time (after shipping)
- Canada: 3–5 business days
- United States: 5–10 business days
- International: 5–14 business days
Tracking
A DHL Express tracking number is sent to your email as soon as your order ships.
Customs and Duties
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are collected by DHL upon delivery.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or has not arrived within a reasonable window after the expected delivery date, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can open a claim with DHL. Please keep all original packaging until your claim is resolved.
Address Changes
Address change requests must be submitted before the order is shipped. Once a package is handed to DHL, we are unable to reroute it.
