1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you", "customer") and Yuffy Piercing Lab ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing yuffypiercinglab.com (the "Site") or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Return Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase from yuffypiercinglab.com. By placing an order you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

3. Products

We sell professional-grade body piercing jewelry intended for use by trained piercers and informed customers. All product photographs are for reference only. Slight variations in color, finish, and gemstone characteristics may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces and the natural properties of precious metals and stones.

We reserve the right to:

Limit quantities of any product
Discontinue any product without notice
Refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes, duties, or shipping fees, which are calculated at checkout. Payment is processed through secured third-party providers. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge the listed amount to your selected payment method.

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed at the incorrect price, even after payment has been received.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order is confirmed only when we send a shipping confirmation email. Order processing typically takes 3 to 7 business days, with custom or made-to-order pieces requiring additional lead time.

6. Shipping and Risk of Loss

Shipping timelines, fees, and carrier options are described on our Shipping Policy page. Title and risk of loss pass to you once the carrier accepts the package. Yuffy Piercing Lab is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by the carrier or by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

7. Returns and Exchanges

All piercing jewelry sold on yuffypiercinglab.com is final sale. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. Defective, damaged, or incorrect items are handled as described in our Return Policy.

8. Health and Safety Disclaimer

Yuffy Piercing Lab products are body jewelry, not medical devices. We do not provide medical advice. You are solely responsible for:

Consulting a licensed professional piercer before inserting any jewelry
Selecting the correct gauge, length, diameter, and style for your piercing
Following proper aftercare and hygiene practices
Recognizing signs of irritation, infection, or allergic reaction and seeking medical attention when needed

We are not liable for any injury, infection, allergic reaction, scarring, rejection, or other health outcome arising from the use of our products.
