At Piercing Lab, we ship worldwide via DHL Express with full end to end tracking on every order. All orders ship from our Calgary, Alberta studio.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment is confirmed. Custom and made to order pieces require additional production time, which will be noted on the product page.

Delivery Time

DHL Express transit times after your order ships:

Canada: 3 to 7 business days
United States: 3 to 14 business days
Europe / United Kingdom: 3 to 14 business days
Asia Pacific: 3 to 10 business days
Rest of World: 3 to 14 business days

Tracking

A DHL Express tracking number is sent to your email as soon as your order ships. You can follow your package end to end through the DHL website or the DHL Express Mobile App.

Customs and Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are typically collected by DHL on delivery.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or has not arrived within a reasonable window after the expected delivery date, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can open a claim with DHL. Keep all original packaging until your claim is resolved.

High Value Orders and Insurance

For orders containing solid gold or other high value items, DHL Shipment Value Protection (full value insurance) is available on request. Contact us before placing your order or include a note at checkout if you would like insurance added to your shipment.
